     Upload Gold is a client file manager with lots of controls to the admin allowing to limit and control files to the server.clients or web site visitors sign up as members and may then upload files to their allocated folder. Users can then log in and manage their own folder and files. Each time a user renames or deletes one of their files, their auto generated index file is then updated. As the administrator, you control folder sizes and the look and feel of the sign up and upload form. There is no limit to file size, you could upload files as large as 1 gigabyte (1000 megabytes) or larger as long as your connection is live.
