     mysqlwdb is a free (GPL) CGI script written in Perl and it is very easy to configure and install. It is intended to be used to manage MySQL database tables (select tables, insert records, etc) via a web interface (just point and click, no need to know SQL syntax). You only need to edit and configure one file.
