Set a track record, then enter CAM as a name. Press and release X. Then, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press X at the "OK?" prompt. A small jingle will play to confirm correct code entry. Press Triangle during game play to change views.
Additional codes
To get all six of the code names, go to the hidden Buggy Basement track and get the rainbow gate. Then, go to the secret area to find all the codes and a demo of how to activate them.
